History: The Facilities Management Department was initially under the supervision of the Washington State Normal School Board of Trustees when the school opened in 1891. In 1910, a Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds was appointed and assumed responsibility for facilities management. During the 1920s, a Business Manager replaced the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds. The Facilities Management Department was reorganized in 1986 and included the planning division.
Contents: The collection consists of an architectural model of Bouillon Hall on the campus of Central Washington University. The model represents the proposed architectural changes to Bouillon Hall from a library to a classroom building by the firm of Fred Bassetti and Company of Seattle, Washington in 1972.
