| History: | The Associated Student Body was established in March of 1908 to hold weekly meetings to educate the students in parliamentary procedures. In 1910, meetings produced proposals to manage student affairs as a student government organization. Eventually, the student body developed into a student government and was renamed the Associated Students of Central Washington State College and later Associated Students of Central Washington University. |

The series dates from 1907 to 1990 with some undated materials with the bulk of the materials dating from 1950 to 1980. |
