| History: | The scrapbook was created by the pupils of the 6th grade class of the Central School of Selah, Washington in 1926 for the students of the Lincoln School, Columbia University, in New York City. Amanda Hebeler of the Washington State Normal School at Ellensburg supervised and assisted in the planning and organization of the project. The scrapbook was returned to the Central School in Selah along with letters from Lincoln School teachers and students. One letter was from the prominent banker David Rockefeller who was ten years old at the time. |
| Contents: | The scrapbook contains photographs, dried plant life and other unique items of Selah Valley of Washington State. Included in the scrapbook are photographs of the teachers and students of Central School, post cards of the fruit farms of Selah valley and miscellaneous pictures of the region. |
