History: Corinne Ferrell was born in Ellensburg, Washington in 1924. She graduated from Ellensburg High School in 1942 and earned Bachelors degrees from the University of Washington and Central Washington College. She went on to earn a medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 1957 and eventually became Professor of Radiology at the University of Missouri-Columbia where she was active in bone cancer research. She returned to Central Washington University in 1985 as a research professor.
Contents: The collection consists of personal correspondence, educational and professional certificates, newspaper clippings, professional research publications, trapshooting trophies, medical equipment, and photographs.
