Historical or Biographical Sketch: The Psychology Department of Central Washington University began planning for a new building in 1968. The construction of the building was completed in 1973, though some modifications to the building are included in this collection.

Includes a survey of faculty and staff who were asked what features they would like in a new building. Includes budget materials and a calendar of the construction.
