In 2003, the building was named in honor of Dr. James L. Brooks, former president of Central Washington University. Scope and Content Note: This collection contains mostly Department Heads meeting minutes and library faculty meeting minutes. Some minutes from library staff meetings and the library student advisory committee are also included. Several dates are missing.
