Copying Services in Archives and Special Collections

At this time, we provide digitally scanned copies of our materials.

If you wish to have pages of books, documents or photographs scanned to disk or emailed to your address, please ask Archives staff for assistance. There is no charge for the scanning service.

The cost of reproduction of audio and video will depend upon the format type, the equipment required and the cost of labor to reproduce.

Please be aware that some items in the collection may be too fragile to be reproduced. Archives and Special Collections Staff retain the right to refuse reproduction of fragile materials.

Permission to publish images taken from materials in the Archives must be obtained from the University Archivist.
