At CWU Libraries, we consistently look for ways to support our faculty. We've entered into several transformative agreements that make certain collections free for researchers to access and that offer opportunities for faculty to submit Open Access work for publication with no direct cost to the scholar. How does this all work? CWU Libraries assumes the author's cost for publication in place of a portion of historical subscription fees for accessing publisher's collections. It's a win-win scenario.
